Details & Registration

Beginner Workshop - Making a lovely, realistic Hare Bunny

Using felting needles and wool fibers, you'll learn to sculpt the wool into your own charming little sculpture. After this course you will be able to make basic felted animals.

You will learn to form the body, attach different body parts to it, sculpt feet and ears, add eyes, eye lids and facial features. It will open the door to a magical place for you where you will be able to relax, create, and come in touch with nature.

The size of your needle felted sculpture will be approximately 3-4 inches.

No experience is needed, all materials – wool, new needles, beads and a felting surface - will be supplied for you to keep.

Advanced Workshop - Making a realistic Tufted titmouse

Using felting needles and wool fibers, you'll learn to sculpt the wool into your own charming little sculpture. You will learn to form the body, tail and wings; attach different body parts; make beautiful wire feet with my own method; add eyes; form beaks and securely attach long fibers. After this course you will be able to make most birds and many other animals.

The size of your needle felted sculpture will be an approximately life size bird.

The workshop is mostly intended for those with some felting experience, but if you are an enthusiastic beginner, you are also welcome. All materials – wool, new needles, beads, wire, floral tape and a felting surface - will be supplied for you to keep
